I can get into that big time as well. Our three big dinners where Thanksgiving [Turkey], Christmas [Prime Rib], News Years [Seafood]. Christmas and New Years dinner were our two favorite Holidays. On Easter we'd make a ham. We use to make a Turkey for Thanksgiving with all the trimmings. Love chowing down on good foods. My cats would be waiting for some Turkey as they hung around the oven smelling it cook...lol I don't mind a green bean casserole but when we did green beans, we'd add garlic chunks, red onion, olive oil, white wine vinegar and then let it ferment overnight. Bit tart but delicious. |
