For me, almost any type of Sushi/Sashimi. I love trying a restaurant's Godzilla Roll. I also love Nigiri Sushi. Sashimi? Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail, Mackeral. If I see Tilapia on the menu, I'm tempted to leave. Tilapia is NOT a fish used to make Sushi or Sashimi. A close second would be a nice Chile Relleno paired with Enchiladas or taco's.
