Honestly, I never liked Raul. He totally didn't believe Christine when she said she had a stalker. The Phantom would've been awesome if he hadn't been a murderous controll freak. If The Phantom had just been like a music/drama geek with an underground lair, he'd be datable.(IMHO)

Aw S@&'! Now I want to rewrite Phantom of the Opera! Have Christine dump Raul and help the Phantom become a more healthy, balanced individual. Then she becomes the Prima Donna.

Anyhoo, The Music Man is just fun because the titular character is a rascal who actually does something pretty cool.
