This doesn't quite qualify for this question, especially if you mean wildlife. I did see a UFO once at night. It was in the sky over Albuquerque. It looked to be flying level when it suddenly changed course and flew almost straight up. In retrospect, I think it was an SR-71 on a test flight out of Sandia Base/Kirkland AFB. Those weren't known about much back then (1964-65 timeframe). So it was either an SR-71, or a real UFO. I vote for the SR-71.
