There is no simple or single "best" way to fund media outlets unless you are planning an authoritarian government-controlled country and everything in it. In fact, the best way for anything will depend on what your goal is and what the goal is for each media outlet. If you're looking to foster free speech, then any funding should be acceptable. If you want to influence a media outlet to publish or broadcast just certain opinions, then you should invest in it or buy it. |
