My latest weakness is a scallop dish. Grilled scallops, topped with blue crab meat, topped with an aioli brûlée, topped with tobiko. Served over black rice with scallions, cilantro, and toasted coconut, with an apricot beurre blanc sauce. No, I can't make something so delicious. But I'll order it over and over again. |
