Do I read something carefully before I sign it?
50% of the time.... Yes,
25% read it over once.
2% of the .... read the title.
28% of ....No, I just clicked the "Accept box"
30% of... "It happened fast, officer... he flew in, pecked out his eyes and out the window again... No, like I said, it happened real fast."

For those who question the math, this is one of the 30% mentioned above.
