There's this episode of YES MINISTER where they're organising an international meeting. Bernard is on the phone and we hear his side of the conversation.
"Yes, we'll need simultaneous translators. No, we don't need simultaneous translators when he addresses the English speaking nations. Yes, the English speaking nations can be said to include the United States of America."
