Question of the Day!

Perfection over good? I can't be perfect because I will always make mistakes. I opt for not torturing myself for secular reasons.

Sorry to be religious but the only way I strive for perfection over good is in following Jesus's example. By that I mean I follow the commandments as best I can. I try to love others as Jesus did. Just as He didn't condemn the woman caught in adultery, I try to not condemn anyone for any reason.

That said I'm just as big a hypocrite as anyone. But I'm trying to be like Jesus and love everyone. I will not torture, kill or condemn anyone.(on purpose.) The only reason I would make an exception is to defend myself or someone else from an immediate threat.

At least thats what I tell myself. Still I will never be perfect.
