The Beatles Musical Extravaganza

I cannot imagine watching a video in which the Beatles just 'performed' Strawberry Fields Forever. Nor can I imagine Jethro Tull 'performing' Heavy Horses on a stage nor any of the 'modern' mini-movie music videos even existing without Beatles precedents like the video for Rain. I saw an interview with George Harrison in which he asserts that Rain was the first non-perfrormance video and the first song to include backward lyrics, "so in a way, we kind of invented MTV."
