The Monotetra, invented by Michael Walker, is a four-line stanza form in which all lines rhyme and contain 8 syllables. The last line of each stanza is split into 2 four-syllable refrains, as described and demonstrated in the following links: https://www.poetrymagnumopus.com/topic/1886-monotetra/ http://www.shadowpoetry.com/resources/wip/monotetra.html https://alanjwrightpoetrypizzazz.blogspot.com/2023/02/monotetra-poems.html https://www.writersdigest.com/write-better-poetry/monotetra-poetic-forms Let the creativity flow from your soul!
