It's basically a li'l pep talk for rugal. He's basically mentioning that he's been relying on Seuzz for support (bouncing back ideas and whatnot) but that he doesn't feel comfortable going on a roll, and I mentioned that a few well-written chapters, with support behind them (such as Seuzz, and also yours when there's a continuity issue and we all start pestering you "hey, you know which chapter has X thing?"), are worth more than having daily chapters where you're unsure if what you've written will create a continuity snarl or not.
