Thankfully my bad experiences were not that bad. There was the one time I had to sit in a seat that was for some reason facing backwards. For anybody who is prone to motion sickness, that's a bad way to travel. There was also the time a woman seating behind us decided it was a good time to polish her fingernails. That odor in a such a small area without proper ventilation was nauseating. The flight attendant told her to put it away and she did but got it back out five minutes later.
