Question of the Day!

This just recent. Was checking out groceries. Accosted by someone I did not know. Female had rushed into the line before us. I had not even paid her any attention. To busy thinking about our check out. She apparently felt she had cut us off?? Not a big deal to me. She kept asking if she could help us. Someone behind us also seemed to be getting involved. I blanked them all out and just made sure we checked out all we had in the cart. Now wondering if this was someone, I should have acknowledged just trying to get my attention.
I rarely go out to shop. Once a month at best. I can be very dense in a store. focusing on what I'm doing. Attention defected as to other shoppers. Now wondering what I missed.
