I can't say I've had any bad birthdays, but I do remember feeling very cheated on my 20th. At that time the drinking age here in Idaho was 19. So, when you add the year or so I entered bars before age 19 with a few little tricks, I was a seasoned party girl. (so I thought) I happened to be in California on my 20th birthday and with their drinking age of 21, I could not get into ANY bar. No bar hopping for me that birthday.
