I had a katydid accidentally come into my room when I was a kid. It looked like a vine was trying to grow through the ceiling.

As far as I know, katydids eat plants.Some species of birds eat bugs, depending on the size of the bird, I could see one trying to eat a katydid.

Still the weirdest Romeo and Juliet sounds more fun!
