I recall that there's an old arc where Will gets a mask of Hannah, goes to the Wharehouse as her, gets smashed (supposedly she's a lush), and gets rescued from "upstairs" where Will was going to do it. I think that was when Will was with the guys who graduated last year and work at one of the coffee places.

There's other places that talk about Hannah and hint at background, but I don't recall where. Not sure if a Search might find them.
