I detest wasting time, so I do my best to refrain from it. I read through the replies given and in my opinion, none of the items listed comprise wasted time, just variations of spending time. I firmly believe in the quote you shared, "The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time."

So what is wasted time? Time squandered that could have been spent doing something, anything, enjoyable, or purposeful, like waiting at the clinic.
