Question of the Day!

Practically anything my Grandma (my mom's mom) made for the holidays: her fruit salad, turkey, ham, homemade dressing, giblet gravy, buttered egg noodles, deviled eggs, her Ritz cracker pecan pie... I could go on and on. Unfortunately, this is our first Thanksgiving without her.

I also loved the homemade venison jerky my Granny (my dad's mom) made while she was still alive.

I miss those two strong, beautiful women very much all the time - but the holiday season seems to be where loved ones are missed the most.
