It's definitely more of a fantasy world inspired more by Scandinavia than Vikings. It's giving Kalmar Union vibes more than anything else. Which makes this the... third story I've come up with that somehow involves the Kalmar Union. For such an unsuccessful adventure in empire, it's really flexing its muscles in my subconscious.

This also means I need a Hanseatic League in this.
