I like the section on making maps. - it's 20240210
Maps are important, and have been since man began to explore his world.

We don't use GPS when we travel. I don't like that screen. I want the big picture. I like to see where I am going, and where I have been. I like to touch the map. I like to see what is hundreds of miles ahead and behind. The topography, the towns near and far. The counties.

I love geography and maps.
