This is a very familiar question. I posted a similar post of someone leaving out butter on FB recently.
No. No way I can leave butter out. I live in Malaysia and it's hot. I keep my butter in the fridge and when I want to eat my toast, I leave out the butter for five minutes and it melted enough for it to be spreadable. Sometimes, I get carried away on the computer and forget to put the butter in, the butter was so melted that it was almost turning into liquid.
I'm pretty sure that if I left the butter out for the whole day, I'll be making buttermilk with it soon enough... There will be nothing left, but liquid...
