Yes.

I can and will forgive people and, what with my memory and all, sometimes I do forget.

But if a business screws me over, that's it. Done. Never again. Not unless there's absolutely no other choice, and then only with great hesitation.

Now, I know businesses are made of people (for now, anyway), so why draw the distinction? Hell if I know. Don't expect me to be consistent.
