Volunteer
So... I am being encouraged to volunteer as a mentor, a role I had last year.

My issue is, if I get a job I might not be able to do the role to the fullest of my ability. And there are two jobs I am close to.

I am in 2 minds. I would like to help (I am still in pay it forward mode) but don't want to let anyone down.

Advice would be appreciated.
