According to my mother, it was One Of Our Dinosaurs Is Missing which she and my grandma took me to see at the cinema. She didn't know why, but apparently it freaked me out. Even when I started watching Hammer horror films a year or so later, I wasn't as freaked as I was by that film. I was 4, so I don't actually remember, but, yeah - that did it.
