Sounds like a standard CRS attack, which tend to become more frequent as you wander towards the end of your worldline through spacetime. (You can use a worldsheet or a worldtube instead of a worldline, but they all have the same endpoint <thunk!>, so why worry about it.)
But don't worry. Sooner or later (apparently sooner), you'll forget to take your meds, forget food, forget water . . .
The good news is, once you've gone 3 or 4 days without water, your phone won't bother you, and at this stage, the fact that humans can survive 7 days without water won't matter, unless someone hooks you up with an IV before that.
