Normal: Dijon mustard / mayonnaise (on the bun halves, reichlich!) Greens – salad of some sort (lettuce, rucola, etc.) patty – beef OR fish, e.g. salmon, tuna) red onion Veg like above, ONLY with mushroom OR veg patty (e.g. "3. A VERY Special Cauliflower Burger & EXTRA (Hi-Carb)" ) OR: no bun at all but put all toppings between the giant halves of portobello = giant champignon mushrooms. |
