I agree with others that it depends on the severity of the breach. There are some things that just don't deserve forgiveness. And I think that forgiveness and forgetting something are entirely different beasts. There are things people have done where I have got on with life and not dwelled on thinking how bad a person they are. But, to totally trust again ... it might not happen. Once my trust is broken, I can't forget about it. I might act like everything is normal and I'm okay with events, but I think I will always be on my guard and watching out for bad things happening again. That was a bit of a ramble, wasn't it?
