Question of the Day!

When I was a kid I picked up a children’s encyclopedia from 1950 for free at a local library… it was chock full of absurdly erroneous information. Let me think… they taught the pores of human skin are “dead ends,” they noted that fluorescent lights don’t cast shadows, they said animals have zero ability to appreciate music, and they said you’d die of mineral deficiency if you drank only distilled water. I guess they hadn’t discovered DNA yet either. But this example feels like cheating
