I can say why! The 17th of May is Constitution Day and a wonderful time to visit. I coulda shoulda been there this year.

Been a few times.

I felt totally safe. You can see the whole country in one month. My suggestions: Bergen, Sognfjord, Lom, Ålesund, Molde, Kristiansund, Trondheim, Tromsø, Røros, Lillehammer, Oslo, Frederikstad, the Southern White towns (Arendal, Mandal, Kristiansand, Tvedestrand) and then Stavanger.

Fjords, old stave churches, buses-trains-ferries... Lots of water and waterfalls in May! Learn how to love eating fish.
