Well, that's easy: Belgium.

I had plans to go there in 2020, but, well... you know.

As for what to see and do, I have a whole list of places saved, mostly not tourist traps. And I'd want to try many and varied restaurants. But mostly, I'd do my damnedest to visit every single brewery, starting with the monasteries.
