I think it's the guy's chin that throws me off. A lot thinner and longer than I would have imagined for Joe. And the hair color for sure. Though tbh, I'm also really bad at reading a physical description of somebody and imagining what they look like, so I tend to just make something up in my head that fits the broad strokes of the character description lol.

I will say though, Frank's references are very close to what I had imagined he looked like in my head.
