Water ... with Superieur electrolytes added. And no ... I'm not advertising for them, just answering the question honestly. The electrolytes come in several different flavors ... Citrus, Grape, Lime Blueberry, Watermelon, and Raspberry, so that keeps me from getting bored just drinking water.
