If I could eliminate one thing from my daily routine, it would be eating ... hands down ... because my body feels way better when I don't eat. Besides that, I would gain a ton of time back! I wouldn't have to plan meals, make grocery lists, do the shopping, prepare the meals, eat, put away leftovers, or clean up the kitchen. Eating is SO overrated. |
