In more detail, I seem to have maybe discouraged someone with a review I did. I have tried so hard not to do that. Also, I have had a comment in an email with someone taken completely wrong to mean something I did not mean at all. It could potentially be problematic. I have tried explaining my true intentions and meaning to this person. I have not heard back yet. I really cannot say more, because I wish to protect their anonymity. Do you have some suggestions?
