Dear Angel Outreach,

I am a Newbie, and I am also a three-year running recluse. I am trying to reach out some on WdC for the first time in years, but I find responses from others to sometimes be unpredictable, disconcerting, and ultimately discouraging. I am using my best knowledge of appropriate behavior and
respectfulness. Could you offer me some help and some pointers?
