I recall Seuzz telling me once that Saratoga Falls was "somewhere in the Midwest", but never told me exactly where. (And yes, he pointed out Ohio as part of the larger location.) Don't take me on that, though - still searching where.

I can tell you something, though, and it's that it isn't anywhere near Missouri or Kansas. The former because the only spots where such a place could be are near the capital (Columbia, Jefferson), since both St. Louis and Kansas City are shared metropolises, and the latter because it's too far away from Ohio. (Unless there's a nice place in the Ozarks?)
