Depending on how you're hiding/blending in, how you dress could range from work clothes with a high vis vest or a suit and clipboard. Also, wherever you are, act like you are supposed to be where you, like you belong there, and you know what you're doing. I've heard a few stories of people conning their way into places they aren't supposed to be because they dressed appropriately and acted like they were supposed to be there.
