I am quite well aware of that, Mayday. I have known God for over fifty years and we get along quite well, thank you. If I state that my reason for being is writing, that's because it's what He made me, and it's just as true that, without writing, my purpose has gone. That won't affect my relationship with Him one iota but it will leave me with nothing more to do on this earth.
