Physical exercise. Now that I'm getting back into the habit of exercising on a daily (or almost daily) basis, I have more energy than I've had in years. I'm sleeping more soundly, my mind is clearer, and I just all-around feel better about myself in just about every way. It makes me wonder why I spent so much of my life not making it a priority. |
