I have had better weeks. Goals for better health, a more organized environment and schedule, etc. Feeling worse, missed an appointment last night, and env. still same. Write out a menu for whole week to save time, guesswork, and temptation. Never did. Still playing by ear, one meal at a time. Five reviews, 5 rewards for other reviews. I got this one!! Blog once. Only in my head. Study women in ministry. Still have today . . . Read with feet propped up as prescribed. Yep. Moderate exercise. So so. |
