You don't have to struggle through it S. There are so many free avenues for us to help get through things. Eating is the #1 issue that most of us have, including myself. I have learned to lean on several different ways of coping as we know it's called. Reading, music, dancing, walking, yes the gym, but I don't like it so I don't go there. I don't particularly like exercising in public. I think it should be private myself. My feelings though, I know most people like to flex their stuff. |
