Question of the Day!

Well, if not abused, at least neglected by the parents.
Here, my parents' generation was still one which had to marry and have kids. My Mom wasn't the nurturing sort. She outsourced me to my Nanny. So while my childhood wasn't miserable, I still carry a lot of baggage about the lack of interest my Mom had in my upbringing. It would have ben better if she'd had a choice not to have a kid.
