Smileys are easy! You can just type : - ) (with no spaces) to get *Smile* .... or check out the MANY emoticons by clicking on the smiley face up there on the bar above where you type a message. A whole lot of options will appear! Just click on one, then click on the tag for it, and it will automatically copy for you to paste in your message.
