Lilli ☕, I really wanted to answer this question but it took me this long to finally come up with an answer. I knew I wanted to be someone who was in Jesus' life on earth but I did not want to deprive anyone of their unique experience. For example, I didn't want to be Peter walking on the water or the woman who washed Jesus feet with her tears or Peter or John at the transfiguration or the men walking with the ressurected Jesus on the way to Emmaus. It might sound silly but, as I imagined being any of these (and more), it meant depriving that person of that day. So, I finally decided I would like to be Mary, Jesus' mother, on Jesus's 7th birthday. As I was writing this, I even had second thoughts about this. Would I want to deprive Mary of this day? However, I decided she would be okay if she missed out on one of His 33 birthdays AND if I got to be Mary on Jesus' 7th birthday, I would then be the one person alive today who would know when His birthday really is. Of course, I would tell EVERYONE but who would believe me? Would it be in April or in September? ~ ~ ~ JESUS is LORD! ~ ~ ~ |
