October Novel Prep Challenge

I managed to pull a mastermind srew-up.

I have been having a really rough time with this story, Suddenly it stopped making sense. I knew something was wrong somewhere. I came so close to just junking it—TWICE! At 4am this morning, I decided to start it all over again. In doing so, I discovered that I made my prologue, beginning notes, premise - everything about my guy, Sinclair Banks and his death. BUT I have been doing assignments, writing new notes etc about my PI's wife and her death as if it was the primary problem.

Now I HAVE started all over. I am up # 6. Some assignments just need modification and some complete re-dos. The assignments that I have yet to do, I will do with the right characters in focus.

OH BOY It takes real brains I guess.
