While investigating the suspicious death of Sinclair Banks, a successful vintner, Daved Wolfe, a Private Investigator, just wants to stop this vengeful killer from killing again, but when he starts targeting his loved ones, a game of catch or be killed ensues.

I'm assuming the first HE refers to Sinclair Banks, but it's unclear since Daved Wolfe was mentioned second.
But HIS could refer to either and it's confusing.
