I rather doubt that was really Leah, she doesn't seem the type, especially considering she's been swapped with Will before in a different route, and I suspect he would have remembered her using the book to swap their bodies. Unless she's been brought in on their group, seems likely to me that somebody's wearing her face, and the only question to me is if she's wearing somebody else's.
