A couple of things come to mind about times about when I wasn’t sure there was any more time left to me.

One of the scarier times was testing out the rebuild on my TR3A engine that got me to 168mph on a timed 2 mile track. Thinking of my ass cruising along 5 inches above the pavement at that speed gave me a very tight-knuckled experience.
