OMGoodness, I'm running a little late this morning. I visited my granddaughter yesterday who lives an hour away from me.  This brain just realized on the way home last night after spending 11 hours away from home that this young/old body can't take long adventures like that without a NAP! I was so excited about getting to spend time with her and her fiance yesterday that I didn't rest properly plus, she surprised me with my son and my other granddaughter. They joined us at the movies. We hadn't had a family movie adventure in 3 years, a tradition. So, here is the QOTD...How long can you go without resting? Are you energized by the situation and or surroundings?
